Module 1: Relief / Leave Manager
- Staff request leave and can track the approval process.
- Leave approvers have a seamless system of approving and monitoring leave requests. Summary data is there to assist decision making.
- Relief team have access to a dynamic and responsive Leave Diary of staff absences and reliever availability.
- Relievers enter and edit their own availability by desktop or on their mobile device. They can see if they are required.
- Relief team can allocate 'who is free when' on a basis of staff under-timetabled using a transparent and fair process.
- Timetablers have access to current non-contact allocations to assist with day to day timetable changes.
Module 2: Units Manager
- Staff tasked with managing unit and non-contact allocations have access to live summary data and changes.
- Each allocation has a start and end date (if fixed term). Summary data is available for future planning.
- Payroll has instant access to units starting and ending.
- Summary letters and emails are built in to inform staff of their individual unit summary.
- Teacher contracted hours are handled here and built in email and letter printing functionality allows the manager to inform part timers of expectations.
Module 3: HR Manager
- Staff tasked with managing job descriptions, on boarding, exit and appraisal processes have it all here in one place.
- Supprort staff are assigned to a job description (start and end dates) so a history of who has what job is recorded.
- Appraisal is linked directly to the job and is an easy on-line process. Customised school templates are included. Comments are encrypted.
Module 4: Exams (AKA "The Internal exam co-ordinators best friend")
- The exam dashboard allow the internal exam co-ordinator to run the complete process in a structured and logical way.
- Everything is handled from exam timetable optimisation to rooming and supervisions.
- If you also have Module 1, the initial supervision list can be automated.
- Clashes are identified and handled by drag and drop.
- SACs are identified and recorded.
- Individual students rescheduled are handled by drag and drop.
- A student portal is created and students can view their exam timetable - including clashes that have been handled.
- Staff supervision changes are seamless and the affected staff are informed. (Sorry - we can't solve the number of last minute changes!)
- Rooming is seamless and student counts are live.
- Reporting, web views and csv exports are easy to access. Printouts are at the click of a button and include class, rescheduled and SACs.
- For the Principal, the 'State of The Nation' page reports on staffing formula and Units management, absenteeism of staff (by staff, faculty or reason).
